Went down to Garmisch this weekend to see what the BMW Motorrad days was all about. I was kind of dissapointed....way too crowded, very hard to enjoy riding with so many bikes/people. So the next day I just decided to go to Stelvio Pass. Ended up riding over 1500km this weekend, more than I had planned but Stelvio was too close to pass up since we missed it a few months before.

Good to have your bike back on the road. That Forst Beer looks pretty good--even though it's drafted from a Kawasaki engine. I hope you had a good time at the Tannenheim--but I am pretty sure that you did.
New leathers? New helmet?

It's back on the road but not yet repaired Into the shop on the 15th.
I don't think I ever made it out of 1st gear going up the pass so it wasn't too fast, was trying to take it easy and a little timid since my guardrail encounter a few weeks ago.

Insurance paid me for my helmet since it got a chip in it So I bought a new one.

New leathers as well! Very nice and comfortable but to travel I need my bag as there is only 1 pocket the size of my wallet.

I didn't stay at the pine home just stopped to have a taste and reserved a room for the end of the month.

I call my dealership everyday to check the status of my parts order, I think they are sick of me
Any idea on the time frame they will have it repaired? I talked to Hugo and reserved from 22 Jul-24 Jul but I can push it farther if needed. I have until 4 Aug to go where I want.

Keine Rekordzeit, nahm nur meine Zeit. Ich hatte ein kleines Wrack vor ein paar Wochen so war ziemlich schüchtern und wusste nicht, dass die Windungen musste gemacht werden relativ langsam.

Any idea on the time frame they will have it repaired?

I could not reach Uwe because of the BMW Motorrad Days in Garmisch. I should find out this week though. They were in no hurry, thinking that I am down. But I'm not, and
I still make it to the gym every day, right arm in a cast. I need to make a trip in July. It cannot be that one month goes by without me riding passes. So I will be going this month. If I don't take the RR, the CB 750 Four it will be. The Honda never let's me down.

But in between the bends you can push really hard.
